Founder & Principal Consultant
Prasant specializes in Financial Compliance, Risk-based Audits, and Internal Audits. His career includes roles at Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and EXL Service, and he was the Compliance Head at Syngenta India Ltd. before starting his practice in 2015.
CA Dipti Thakkar
Head of International Tax & Payroll
Dipti specializes in international taxation, global mobility services, compensation planning, and end-to-end payroll solutions. She joined PZCS in 2018 after 15 years with firms like Deloitte and PwC.
CA Vaibhav Phatak
Director
Vaibhav has over 15 years of experience in Audit and Assurance. He has expert knowledge of financial, operational audits, control compliances, IFC, and SOX. He was formerly a Senior Associate at Price Waterhouse, Pune.
